Key Responsibilities: Perform Teamcenter deployments using TEM and Deployment Center in production and non-production environments. Collaborate with Teamcenter Admins, GTAC, and L2/L3 teams to troubleshoot infrastructure issues related to stability and performance. Train and support testers and L2 teams on new Teamcenter updates and code packages to ensure smooth post-deployment operations. Work closely with developers to address issues, bugs, and enhancement requests for Teamcenter and its integrations with other systems (e.g., CAD). Provide support for the installation, upgrades, and post-go-live activities of new Teamcenter modules and features. Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers for implementing upgrades and new modules. Gather and resolve infrastructure and configuration queries related to Teamcenter and its integrations. Required Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in installing, deploying, upgrading, and maintaining Siemens Teamcenter PLM, particularly versions 1214. Expertise in Dispatcher and TcRA deployment, configuration, and administration (preferred). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve end-user and infrastructure-related issues. Knowledge of AWS cloud architecture and Windows systems, with a strong focus on software installations. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Familiarity with integration systems and processes involving CAD and other enterprise tools. Proven ability to work in a dynamic environment, balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.
