The Vehicle Durability Analyst will be responsible developing detailed FEA models for evaluating vehicle durability, fatigue life, vibration endurance, load bearing capacity etc. Number of Openings- 4 Location : Pune (2 openings) and Vadodara (2 openings) Educational Qualifications BE/BTech or ME/MTech in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Experience Range- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience Mandatory Technical Skillset Expertise in creating detailed FEA models for Endurance Testing, Fatigue Analysis and Vibration Analysis. Thorough understanding of multi-body dynamics and effects of vibration, materials interaction etc. on fatigue and durability. Experience in performing road load data analysis as well as correlating load data with FEA predictions. Perform road load data analysis to determine component and system damage levels. Use this data to improve structural design and optimize vehicle durability. Correlate load data with CAE fatigue predictions to establish accurate cyclic load and damage predictions and simulate real-world operating conditions. Optimize complete vehicle durability by assessing structural load paths, material fatigue thresholds, and road load transfer mechanisms for components such as chassis, suspension, body structures, and powertrain mounts. Develop and implement durability test plans, block-cycles, for specific vehicle components and systems, including frame, suspension, body structures, and key load-bearing components, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer durability requirements. Sign-off virtual performance based on simulation models, with clear documentation of results and recommendations. Communicate with Clients for requirement gathering and regular project updates. The analyst will participate in end-to-end safety development cycles, ensuring virtual and physical test correlation and adherence to global automotive safety standards.
