KRA's

Assessment/Renewal of Working Capital limits
Review and execution of loan agreements, security documents, and related legal and commercial documentation.
Monitoring financial covenants and adherence to sanction terms and term sheets.
Bank compliances.
Arranging Stock audit
Co-ordinating for consortium meetings
Co-ordination for NOCs as and when required.
Structuring and implementing off-balance sheet financing and financing solutions to optimize liquidity.
Understanding of SAP and handled digitization initiatives
