Job Description

OwerPoints chemical/petrochemical projects for both Post-effective, on-time Order finalization for large chemical/petrochemical projects (both import and domestic)
Coordination with foreign and domestic suppliers for alignment of commercial terms with general conditions of purchase
Strong understanding of the project procurement process in SAP environment (the entire procure-to-pay process)
Establish strong working relationships between the organization and suppliers for smooth execution of the job.
Establishment of Letter of Credit in coordination with suppliers and finance
Change Order management - Post Order expediting for Projects
Coordinating regarding post-order commercial issues and vendor payment process coordination for dispute management, if any
Coordination with the project management consultant/project team to ensure cost-effective, on-time job execution
Forecasting and taking proactive actions after coordination with project team
Project execution planning and schedule management
Prepare regular MIS for reporting
Strong knowledge of large chemical/petrochemical project contract management process, including administrative contracts
Knowledge inbound logistic and customs clearance process will be preferable
Proficient in working on spreadsheet and power points
Skills & Behaviour: Positive attitude with an ability to work in a team
