Role Overview: As a Credit Card Processing Team Member, you will be responsible for managing and processing credit card transactions while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Your role will involve handling customer inquiries, resolving disputes, and maintaining accurate transaction records. Key Responsibilities: - Process Credit Card Transactions: - Review and process credit card applications. - Ensure accurate and timely processing of credit card issuances with the following checks: - Application request by the channels. - Information Verification: - Procure client details such as name, CRN, income, and employment information. - Verify the information provided. - Credit Evaluation: - Verify credit history and score to assess creditworthiness. - Decide whether to approve or deny the application based on evaluation. - Approval Decision: - If approved, process the application further for dispatch and delivery. - Card Issuance: - Produce and dispatch the card to the customer. - This typically takes 5-7 business days. - Channel Support: - Assist channels with credit card issuance-related inquiries and issues. - Dispute Resolution: - Collaborate with finance and customer service teams to resolve issues. - Compliance and Reporting: - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of credit card regulations and best practices. - Prepare and submit reports on credit card activities and compliance. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to credit card transactions. Qualifications: - Graduation/Post Graduation. - 1-2 years of experience in credit card processing or a related field. - Strong communication and customer service skills. - Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information. - Proficiency in using credit card processing systems and general office software.
