Team Member

We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking Trainees to join our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) team. As a Trainee, you will be introduced to all key areas of store operations including kitchen preparation, customer service, hygiene standards, and inventory handling. This is an entry-level role with opportunities to grow into permanent positions such as Crew Member, Cook, or Cashier based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in food preparation and basic cooking tasks
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the kitchen and front-of-house areas
• Support order taking, packing, and customer service activities
• Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
• Learn and follow company protocols, recipes, and safety standards
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth store operations
• Follow shift schedules, uniform guidelines, and grooming standards

Requirements:

• 10th or 12th pass (preferred)
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and take feedback
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Prior experience in food service is a plus but not mandatory
