Job Description

Role Overview: As a part of the Manufacturing - Process Planning team, you will be responsible for various key roles including CNC Programmer, IE - Process Planner, Jigs & Fixture Designer, and Tool Crib management. Your expertise in CNC programming, process planning, fixture design, and tool management will be crucial in ensuring efficient manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities: - CNC Programmer: - Strong working experience in CNC Programming & Sheetmetal process - Proficiency in VMC, HMC, UMC programming, Bending & Robot programming - Knowledge in Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain, Mazatrol - Required NPD & Cutting tool knowledge - IE - Process Planner: - Strong working experience in Manufacturing & Assembly process planning - Good knowledge in Time Study, Takt Time calculation & Process Optimization - Proficiency in NPD, Process Routing, Capacity planning - Mandatory ERP, PLM, ECR working experience - Jigs & Fixture Designer: - Strong working experience in Jigs & Fixture design (Mech & Hydraulics) - Troubleshooting & fixture prove out - Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD - Tool Crib: - Strong working experience in Tools & New generation cutting tools - Hands-on experience in Tools Crib and Tool making Qualification Required: - Diploma / BE/ B.Tech / M.E in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Industrial Engineering, E&I Additional Company Details: The work location for this role is in Coimbatore (Periyanaicken Palayam & Arasur). The ideal candidate should have 3 to 10 years of experience in the above-mentioned positions.,
