Team Member- Fault Management- SA

Role Overview: As a Technical Support Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to provide technical support to Field Operations for Transmission related issues and ensure network fault and customer complaint resolution. You will play a crucial role in fault and incident management, problem resolution, and operational support for the Transmission network. Key Responsibilities: - Provide end-to-end technical support for fault and incident management of the Transmission network, including coordination, escalation, and resolution. - Handle alarm monitoring, ticketing, call flow analysis, and customer complaint resolution. - Manage ticket/complaint/incident resolution and maintain/prepare Daily Shift Reports (DSR) and other relevant data. - Support Field Operations team and other stakeholders in fault management, service assurance, and complaint resolution. - Acknowledge, route, resolve, and close tickets for fault management. - Ensure timely resolution of customer tickets and service assurance. Qualifications Required: - B.E./B.Tech in Telecom/Communication/Instrumental. - 3 to 7+ years of experience in Transmission and core domain. - Strong technical skills in SDH, PTN, DWDM, ASON, and OTN. - Knowledge of IP subnetting, routing, and cloud computing preferred. - Relevant certifications will be an advantage. - Good communication skills. - Openness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
