Certifications like CCNA, MCSA are preferred. Job Description:- Field Network L1 Support - Visit field locations to diagnose and resolve LAN and WAN issues. Replace faulty cables or devices. Assist in setting up network endpoints. Network Core L1 Support - Assist in monitoring backbone traffic. Perform basic diagnostics on core switches and routers. Support L2 engineers in troubleshooting. Infra Server L1 Support - Perform routine server maintenance. Apply patche, and monitor server health and performance metrics. Security Helpdesk L1 Support - Update antivirus definitions. Manage basic firewall rules Control user access permissions. Application Helpdesk L1 Support - Provide basic troubleshooting for application errors. monitor application performance Support end-user queries.
