Team Member- Fault Management- SA

Role Overview: As a Technical Support Engineer, your role involves providing technical support to Field Officers for Tx related issues, ensuring network fault and customer complaint resolution. Your key responsibilities include: - Providing end-to-end support for fault and incident management of Tx network, including coordination, escalation, and resolution. - Handling alarm, ticketing, call flow analysis, and customer complaint resolution. - Managing problem tickets, complaints, and incidents. - Maintaining and preparing DSR and other relevant data for MIS. - Offering operational support to the Field Officers team and other stakeholders for fault management, service assurance, and complaint resolution. - Managing fault tickets by acknowledging, routing, resolving, and closing them. - Handling service assurance by managing customer tickets and resolving TTs within the specified time. Qualification Required: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - B.E./B.Tech in Telecom/Communication/Instrumental. - Strong technical skills in SDH, PTN, DWDM, ASON, and OTN. - Strong skills in various protocols like SDH and OTN. - Knowledge of IP subnetting, routing, and cloud computing will be advantageous. - Relevant certifications will be a plus. - Good communication skills. - Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
