Team Member–Compliance (IT)
Department Support Division-Compliance Reporting Relationships Executive Vice President Position

Major responsibilities includes –  Data extraction from data warehouse and other IT systems and their submission to RBI under Risk Based Supervision.  Review of Critical returns and developing validation protocols.  Developing off-site reports ( to be extracted from IT systems) for compliance testing  Implementation of compliance monitoring system  Coordination with various Business Solution Groups /IT / Other departments to roll out changes in IT systems to comply with new RBI regulations  Monitoring and ensuring compliance with IT related advisories from RBI  Interaction with regulators.  Interaction with the RBI officials during RBI inspection. The candidate should possess the following attributes  Experience in CORE Banking System ( Finacle ), SQL , Business Objects  Experience in data extraction techniques.  Domain knowledge in banking system - different business segments and functions  Should possess good communication / interpersonal / problem solving skills and has to be a quick learner.  Diligent, hard working & a team player within the Department and with the other internal customers of the bank.  Ability to perform under pressure within the given time lines.
