Job Description

1. Engineering & Design Support:

Assist in preparing civil/structural design deliverables such as layout plans, foundation drawings, structural GA/reinforcement drawings, and technical specifications.
Perform structural analysis and design of RCC and steel structures under guidance (equipment foundations, piperacks, buildings, utility systems).
Support senior engineers in reviewing design documents and ensuring compliance with codes and standards.

2. Procurement & Vendor Support:

Assist in preparing material requisitions, BOQs, and technical specifications for civil packages.
Participate in technical bid evaluations and vendor document reviews under supervision.
Coordinate with vendors for document submissions, clarifications, and drawing updates.

3. Project Coordination:

Collaborate with mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation, and process teams for discipline interface.
Support 3D model reviews, HAZOPs, and constructability studies.
Provide technical inputs during site execution and commissioning support when required.

4. Construction & Site Support:

Provide engineering assistance to site teams during construction, installation, and pre-commissioning.
Review site queries (RFIs, TQs) and support in resolving them with guidance from seniors.
Assist in managing red-line markups, preparing As-Built documentation, and ensuring constructability.
Participate in site walkdowns, inspections, and quality checks.
Support evaluation of contractor change requests from a technical perspective.
