Team Member- BCP Risk

As an Assistant in the organization, your role will involve assisting in embedding Business Continuity Planning (BCP) in the company's culture and maintaining, testing, and enhancing the BCP framework. You will be responsible for ensuring that BCP tests are conducted according to the schedule and implementing BCP in various departments of the Bank. Additionally, you will be required to conduct periodic reviews of BCP documents to minimize risks and ensure continuity. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in embedding BCP in Organization Culture - Maintain, test, and improve the BCP framework - Ensure BCP testings are conducted as per schedule - Implement BCP in various departments of the Bank - Periodically review BCP documents to minimize risks and ensure continuity - Track Major Incidents and serve as a key liaison during incident response and recovery efforts - Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure actionable of the BCM Committee are executed within the stipulated time frame - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements within timelines - Assist in handling various audits such as Regulatory, Statutory, and Internal Audits - Utilize automation in BCP processes Qualifications Required: - Relevant experience with the ability to liaise/work with cross-functional teams/business teams - MBA/CA preferred - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Excellent communication, coordination, analytical, and project management skills - Effective oral and written communication - Strong logical reasoning capabilities - Motivated and detailed-oriented team member with a self-learning and development initiative,
