Auction of repossessed vehicles
• Maintaining data of repossessed vehicles
• Initiating valuations of the vehicles
• Sending vehicle inspection authority mails to interested brokers and yards
• Sending presale notice to the customers
• Mapping legal status of the cases and following with the legal team for favorable sale orders
• Sending auction data , assessing auction results and following with the portals for payments from the winning brokers
• Checking bills of parking yards by checking the parking date and release dates of the vehicles
• Audit and storage of repossession kits
MIS
• Preparing monthly/daily repossession MIS
• Regular updates on repossessed and delinquency position by referring to the system of reports.
• Preparing performance reports auction houses.
• Preparing various MISs for repossession / Auction and Re-sale data
