Job Description

Please note

8-10 years of relevant experience in Aluminium chloride plant handling/Cl2 handling experience.

Responsibilities:

Manage shift operations to achieve budgeted Anhydrous AlCl production targets.
Supervise all six AAC plant areas Reactor, Packing, Scrubber, Chlorine Tonner, Storage Tank Farm, and Utilities.
Monitor and control key process parameters (pressure, temperature, flow, level, concentration) for stable operations.
Lead and coordinate production officers and shift manpower for smooth plant functioning.
Plan and oversee critical maintenance activities such as vapor line cleaning, reactor ash removal, and chlorine tube replacement.
Handle shift duties including stock verification, troubleshooting, work permits, and job follow-ups.
Maintain and update process documentation (SOPs, SAP entries, startup/shutdown checklists).
Drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and adherence to quality and safety standards.
Ensure properhousekeeping and strict compliance with PPE and work permit systems.

Desired profile:

Manage shift operations for reactor and chlorine systems, ensuring safe and efficient performance.
Oversee material dislodging, handling systems, and adherence to packing specifications.
Plan and allocate contractual manpower with clear job assignments.
Prepare and update SOPs, SAP entries, and daily plans for production, maintenance, and packing.
Ensure quality-based production to meet targets while maintaining a safe and compliant work environment
