We are looking to hire "Team Leader/Supervisor" - Operations for our Bangalore location.

JD:

• Handling calls/meetings
• Handling concerns/escalations raised by client.
• Plan, execute, monitor and report on your domain of responsibility.
• Collaborate with the Management to address business challenges and work on solutions together.
• Anticipate on new requirements and new business to prepare the teams to deliver on these new activities.
• Quality check
• Team Management

Preferred candidate profile:

• Self-motivated, proactive team player, with excellent inter personal skills and ideas to inspire customer loyalty, adoption and build relationships.
• Should have worked in BPO
• Strong communication skills with ability to influence client.
• Creative and innovative mindset on how to analyze a situation and take actions.

Mandatory Required Exp & Skills:

1) Minimum 2 years exp working as Lead

2) Excellent English communication skills
