Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader/Subject Matter Expert (SME) based in Delhi, India. The Team Leader/SME will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team of professionals, and ensuring the completion of project goals. Key responsibilities include providing technical guidance, monitoring team performance, conducting regular training sessions, handling escalations, and liaising with stakeholders to ensure alignment of objectives. The role also involves evaluating team productivity, implementing process improvements, and ensuring adherence to compliance and quality standards.
