We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader – Wealth Manager to lead a high-performing team of wealth advisors. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in equity broking, investment advisory, and lending products including business loans, personal loans, and unsecured credit solutions. This role demands strategic leadership, client-centric advisory, and strong compliance orientation.

Job Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Performance

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 7–8 wealth managers to achieve individual and team targets
• Conduct regular performance reviews, training, and skill enhancement sessions
• Drive productivity through structured goal setting and daily monitoring

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

• Acquire and manage HNI and SME clients with diverse investment and borrowing needs
• Ensure delivery of personalized financial solutions across equity, mutual funds, PMS, AIF, and lending products
• Maintain high standards of client servicing and retention

Investment & Lending Advisory

• Provide strategic advice on portfolio construction, asset allocation, and risk management
• Cross-sell lending products including business loans, personal loans, LAP, and working capital solutions
• Collaborate with internal credit and operations teams for seamless loan processing

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure adherence to SEBI, RBI, and internal compliance guidelines
• Monitor team’s advisory practices to prevent mis-selling and ensure ethical standards
• Deliver periodic MIS reports and performance dashboards to senior management

Desired Candidate

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• NISM certifications preferred
• Proven track record in wealth management, equity advisory, and lending products
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools, financial planning software, and MS Office
