Team Leader Voice Operations - Customer Care

The position available is with a BPO client located in Pune/Bangalore in the Operations domain. As a suitable candidate, you should be a Graduate with a minimum of 5 years of work experience post-graduation, including at least 1 year in a Team Leader role within an International Voice-based BPO setting. You must be willing to work in NIGHT Shifts or from the office as per requirements. The primary responsibilities for this role include overseeing a team of Tech Support Executives who deliver Voice-based Support for Internet Connectivity Issues. You will be responsible for managing both Internal and External Service Level Agreements, as well as handling People Management, Performance Management, and addressing Client Escalations effectively.
