As a Testing Specialist at MetLife, your role will involve testing Salesforce CRM and IVR applications, supporting UAT with solid Insurance domain knowledge. Your responsibilities will include: - Executing test scenarios and test steps for each feature and user story, encompassing positive and negative testing - Collaborating with the Product Owner to resolve issues and defects - Conducting post-production and smoke testing - Monitoring and tracking all testing efforts using Agile principles and tools like Azure - Writing test scenarios and test cases covering Functional, System, Integration, and UAT - Preparing estimates for testing activities - Performing and supporting Testing (UAT) - Managing defects, particularly using Azure DevOps - Performing and supporting data setup activities and preparing test data - Demonstrating working awareness of other MS applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, etc. - Demonstrating proficiency in verbal and written communication - Ability to engage in client communication effectively About MetLife: MetLife has been recognized on Fortune magazine's list of the "World's Most Admired Companies" in 2024 and named as one of the "Fortune Worlds 25 Best Workplaces for 2024."
