As a Sales Manager, your role will involve overseeing the daily operations of the sales team to ensure efficient performance and goal achievement. You will be tasked with developing and implementing strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base and strengthen its market presence. Driving growth, meeting sales targets, and evaluating individual strengths and areas for improvement within the team will be crucial to your success. Additionally, you will need to organize sales visits for existing leads, identify and engage potential prospects, and maintain strong relationships with clients. Identifying new business opportunities by exploring new channels and establishing partnerships will also be part of your responsibilities. Utilizing specific software programs to manage the sales process efficiently is essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily operations of the sales team - Develop and implement strategic sales plans - Drive growth and meet sales targets - Organize sales visits, identify and engage potential prospects - Identify new business opportunities - Utilize specific software programs for efficient sales process management Qualification Required: - B.Tech/M.Tech degrees - 4-6 years of prior experience in team handling and field B2C sales - Skills required: Strong business judgment, sales acumen, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, potent leadership qualities In addition to the above requirements, the benefits for this full-time, permanent position include Provident Fund.
