Job Description

Hands on experience in Verint Conversational AI / Speakeasy designing, configuring, deploying
Strong knowledge of chatbot frameworks and NLP concepts intents, entities, dialog management
Familiarity with AI/ML integration Speakeasy
Expertise in REST/SOAP API integrations and middleware
Good understanding of JSON, XML, Webhooks
Experience in enterprise messaging platforms & its integrations WhatsApp, Teams, Webchat, IVR/Contact center
Hands on experience on Verint Chatbot development or similar chatbot development with capabilities to design end to end use cases with intent, entities and dialog management with context Strong knowledge of security standards OAuth2.0, SAML, mTLS
Experience with cloud platforms AWS, Azure, GCP and containerized deployments Docker, Kubernetes
Familiarity with analytics tools for chatbot monitoring Verint Analytics, Power BI, Tableau
