Job Summary

The Team Leader Software is responsible for managing a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions. The role involves hands-on coding, team coordination, technical guidance, and ensuring successful execution of software development projects within defined timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of software engineers in the design, development, and implementation of software applications.
Manage project planning, task allocation, and progress tracking to ensure timely delivery.
Review code and ensure adherence to coding standards, performance, and security best practices.
Collaborate with product managers, QA, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements.
Provide mentorship, coaching, and technical guidance to team members.
Identify and resolve technical challenges to maintain smooth project execution.
Participate in architectural design and contribute to technology roadmaps.
