Team Leader - Service Unit

As a Team Leader - Service Unit at TVS Motor Company's Hosur Plant in Tamil Nadu, your primary responsibility is to ensure the availability of machines in the respective unit by adhering to the preventive maintenance schedule and carrying out corrective maintenance. Your duties include conducting sunrise meetings with the workmen, allocating work, and maintaining a log card for workmen. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining 2s and VCS updating, carrying out preventive and predictive maintenance as per the schedule, and identifying the root causes of breakdown through why-why analysis. Furthermore, you will be required to carry out services as per the schedule for machines under AMC, clear abnormalities and unsafe conditions identified in audits, and perform process instruments calibration. You will also support workmen in Total Employee Involvement (TEI) and Quality Control Circle (QCC) activities. The educational qualifications preferred for this role include a Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, or Mechatronics.
