At Valuepersqft Realty Services Pvt. Ltd., we are seeking a hands-on sales leader who can lead from the front, mentor sales associates, and take full ownership of team performance and outcomes.

📍 Location

WhitefieldBengaluru

💰 Compensation Structure

• Fixed CTC: ₹7,00,000 – ₹12,00,000 per annum

• Performance Variable: Directly linked to team closures, productivity, and target achievement

🔹 Important:

For consistent high performers, the performance variable can significantly enhance total earnings, and during strong performance cycles, overall annual income can exceed the fixed CTC.

🕒 Working Days

• Saturday & Sunday are working days

• Monday is the weekly off (one day off per week)
