Role Overview:

The Team Leader – Sales Manager will be responsible for driving field sales performance by managing a team, expanding market presence, and ensuring consistent achievement of revenue targets.

Key Duties & Accountabilities:

• Lead, guide, and motivate a field sales team to achieve business goals
• Plan daily field activities and monitor team productivity
• Support team members during client meetings and deal closures
• Develop new business opportunities through market visits
• Track sales performance and share regular updates with management
• Ensure compliance with company sales processes and reporting standards
• Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews
