Job Description

You will play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of the department in alignment with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards. Your primary focus will be to meet and exceed the expectations of employees, guests, and owners. Working closely with the Outlet Manager, you will ensure that the outlet operates effectively based on the established concept statement. Your responsibilities will include delivering courteous, professional, and adaptable service consistently. To qualify for this position, you should ideally possess a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Additionally, a minimum of 2 years of experience in Room Service as a Team Leader or RSOT is required. Strong problem-solving abilities, administrative skills, and excellent interpersonal communication are essential for success in this role.,
