Telawne Power Equipments Pvt. Ltd. is a reputed manufacturer and repairer of Power & Distribution Transformers up to 10 MVA, 33KV. Established in 1999-2000, the company expanded its capabilities by 2003-04 to manufacture advanced transformers and substations, including Oil Immersed Transformers (up to 50 MVA, 132kV Class), Dry Type Transformers (up to 5 MVA), and Pad Mounted Substations (up to 2MVA, 33KV Class).

Qualification:

• B.E in Electrical

Key Responsibilities & Required Skills:

• 10 years (Transformer Experience is a must)
• Lead and supervise the Quality Control team to ensure strict adherence to quality standards.
• Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and mentor QC engineers/inspectors.
• Promote a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and process discipline. ·
• Ensure transformers meet customer specifications, statutory regulations, and international standards.
• Develop, implement, and monitor QC procedures, work instructions, and inspection plans.
• Ensure compliance during all stages—raw material, in-process, and final product inspection.
• Review and approve inspection reports, test certificates, and quality documentation.
• Supervise routine and type testing of transformers in line with standards. · Coordinate with clients and third-party inspectors for validation and approvals.
• Investigate product failures, deviations, and customer complaints.
• Conduct root cause analysis and ensure timely implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Monitor the effectiveness of implemented corrective measures.
• Audit and evaluate supplier quality systems.
• Ensure incoming raw materials and bought-out items meet quality requirements.
