Team Leader - Operations (last Mile)

Job Description: As a Team Leader at our Delivery Hub located in Rajahmundry, you will be responsible for leading a team of delivery executives to ensure high-quality shipment deliveries/pickups in adherence to operational standards. Reporting directly to the Hub In-Charge, your role will involve supervising shipment sorting and allocation, ensuring team compliance with operational procedures, preparing daily reports, managing ERP transactions, providing support for team motivation, training, and performance, handling customer escalations, and ensuring hub compliance. To excel in this role, you should be a minimum graduate with a preference for a Masters degree, possess local area knowledge, and demonstrate proficiency in ERP systems. Strong communication skills, effective team management abilities, proficiency in MS Office, and prior experience in the logistics or related industry are essential for success in this position.
