REPORTING TO : BRANCH HEAD & QUALITY MANAGER
QUALIFICATION : DIPLOMA IN GENERAL NURSING & MIDWIFERY / B.SC. NURSING
EXPERIENCE : 7 YEARS AND MORE
DRESS CODE : SPECIFIED DRESS CODE WITH I.D. CARD
DUTY HOURS : AS PER SCHEDULED REQUIREMENTS

JOB DESCRIPTION
Key areas of responsibility:

1. Making Duty Roaster of concerned floor & assigning duty/responsibilities as per staff capabilities.
2. To help quality team in preparing training calendar and coordinate for daily training programme 3. To maintain departmental and Infection Control KPIs 4. To take self rounds in each patient’s room find any complaints/feedback and rectify them. 5. To maintain and ensure Crash Cart Trolley is adequately equipped and inventoried with essential drugs and equipments 6. To check the patient physically, update the file such as investigation/ reports required before surgery. 7. To check monthly stock of medicines such as physical stock, expiry dates, of concerned floor. 8. To implement departmental policies & infection control practices. 9. To monitor and give on job training to nursing staffs and HK Staffs 10. To be involved in quality Assurance / Quality control activities. 11. To perform all the jobs as may be assigned due to exigencies of work. 12. Participation in Continuous Quality Improvement.
