In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable, and secure web applications. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js - Building robust back-end services and APIs using .NET Core / ASP.NET, C#, and related technologies - Managing SQL Server or other relational databases, including schema design, stored procedures, and optimization - Working with ORM tools like Entity Framework to efficiently manage data access - Performing data migration, backup, and performance tuning as required - Managing code repositories using Git/GitHub, including branching, merging, and pull request workflows - Leading and mentoring a team of developers, providing technical guidance, training, and performance feedback - Fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration within the team - Collaborating with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and project managers for end-to-end delivery Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, or Vue.js) - Strong knowledge of SQL Server or other relational databases, and experience with ORM tools like Entity Framework - Experience with version control systems, specifically Git/GitHub, including branching, merging, and pull request workflows - Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) - Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment - Proven experience in leading or mentoring teams of developers, conducting code reviews, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Desirable Skills: - Experience with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure or AWS - Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines - Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker - Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools - Experience in leading projects and managing deadlines - Experience in team handling In addition to the above, the company values continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation in its work culture.
