Job Description: As a Commercial Bank Loan Processing Manager, your role will involve managing the loan processing process for the state/s. You will be in charge of a team, overseeing their training and ensuring smooth business file processing. Your responsibilities will include managing day-to-day activities, recruitment, training, quality control, team management, and motivation. Additionally, you will be required to coordinate with other support and control functions, as well as the business team. Sharing daily MIS reports with HO and internal stakeholders will be a crucial part of your role, along with maintaining relationships with stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and audit standards for all processes falling under your purview, including documentation, will be essential.
