Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Leader-LBO located in Noida. The Team Leader-LBO will be responsible for leading a team, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring the successful execution of projects. Other daily tasks include managing client relationships, providing guidance and support to team members, and ensuring adherence to set timelines and quality standards.

• Project Management and Time Management skills
• Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Experience in strategic planning and execution
• Relevant experience in LBO operations is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
