Job Description

Job Purpose -

To handle day to day Operations related controls for Mutual fund and other Investment product.

Key Responsibility -

To Ensure that the day to day operations relating to Mutual fund and all other investment products like PMS , broking are handled without any issues.

To manage a team of 12 people and supervise on the activities done by them.

To monitor Income Booking and reconciliation of receivables relating to Mutual fund and other Investment products and resolve exceptions.

To liaison closely with Mutual Fund AMC / RTA in operation related activities.

To Support product team, SDG and IT in new initiatives and MIS / informations required.

To implement the regulatory changes in liaison with RTA / AMC.

To support product team by publishing relevant MIS.

To Support in Implementing New system / Process.

To Resolve Internal and External audit queries and monitor compliance, data submissions relating to AMFI / SEBI.

Preferred Skill Set

Educational / Professional Qualification : MBA from a reputed Institute.

Work Experience : Minimum of 10 to 15 years work experience in Mutual fund Distribution operations.

Required Skills -

Sound understanding of Mutual fund and other investment products and operation activities.

Must be good in team handling and should have handled a team.

Must be good in Data analysis and reconciliations and follow up.

Must be Good in communication and MS excel.

Must be good in team handling and should have handled a team.
