Job Summary:
We are hiring a Team Leader for our Insurance Sales department in Cooch Behar. The ideal candidate should have strong sales experience and the ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets.
• Develop effective sales strategies to drive growth.
• Support and guide the team in field activities and customer interactions.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Track team performance and share regular progress updates.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance sales & BFSI .
• Graduation is mandatory.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Result-driven and proactive attitude.
