Team Leader Insurance

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader to manage and guide our insurance sales team. The role involves training, mentoring, and driving the team to achieve sales targets and performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and monitor team performance.
• Provide training and support to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
• Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure service quality.
• Prepare performance reports and share feedback with management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in insurance sales or team leadership.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Target-driven and result-oriented.
• Good knowledge of insurance products and market trends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,931.03 - ₹20,000.00 per month
