Job Description

We are hiring a Team Leader to manage and motivate a team of equity advisors/sales executives in the stock market domain. The candidate should have strong knowledge of equity, derivatives, and financial products with proven experience in achieving sales targets. Responsibilities: Lead and guide a team of advisors to achieve sales & revenue goals. Drive client acquisition and portfolio advisory services. Train and support the team on equity/derivatives products. Handle escalated client queries and ensure satisfaction. Ensure compliance with SEBI guidelines. Minimum 1 year in a team leader/managerial role. Strong leadership, communication & client-handling skills.
