Job Description

As a Team Leader Sales in the Referral & Corporate Sales vertical, your role will involve developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth. You will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with corporate clients, TPA, wellness partners, and referring doctors. Additionally, you will manage a team of sales executives, assign targets, monitor performance, and ensure goal achievement. Organizing corporate health camps, wellness programs, and tie-ups with organizations will be part of your responsibilities. It will be important to maintain an active database of leads, follow up regularly, and ensure high conversion rates. Collaboration with the marketing team to support lead generation and brand awareness initiatives is also essential. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Healthcare Management (MBA preferred). - 3-7 years of relevant experience in healthcare/corporate sales or referral marketing. - Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate a sales team. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking abilities. - Strong understanding of the hospital sales ecosystem and local healthcare market.
