Job Description

Role Overview: As a Team Leader with 7-10 years of experience in Finance, your primary responsibility will be to perform advanced reconciliations and prepare monthly deliverables for various financial reports. You will also be required to conduct ratio analysis, logical reasoning, and test data in the General Ledger (GL) to ensure accuracy. Additionally, you will need to submit monthly financial reports to Hyperion/Essbase, complete all assigned tasks accurately and within the specified time frame, and escalate any pending issues to the higher management level. Your role will involve updating the Work allocation matrix, adhering to information security procedures, and rectifying mistakes related to reversals and re-entries. Furthermore, you will be responsible for GL reconciliation on all Balance Sheet items, reviewing financial statements, forecasting, budgeting, conducting variance analysis, and submitting financial statements to Financial Controllers. Key Responsibilities: - Perform advanced reconciliations and prepare monthly deliverables for financial reports - Conduct ratio analysis, logical reasoning, and test data in the GL - Submit monthly financial reports to Hyperion/Essbase - Complete all assigned tasks accurately and within the committed time frame - Update Work allocation matrix to measure performance and prepare monthly KPI metrics - Escalate pending issues to the next level of management - Adhere to information security and control procedures - Rectify mistakes related to reversals and re-entries - Conduct GL reconciliation on all Balance Sheet items - Review financial statements (Trial Balance, P&L, Balance Sheet) - Engage in forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis - Submit financial statements to Financial Controllers Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Master's degree in Commerce (M.Com) or MBA in Finance - 7-10 years of relevant experience in a similar role - Strong team handling skills - Ability to interpret and evaluate data accurately - Prioritization skills to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines - Strong knowledge of accounting principles - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other computer skills Please email your resume to hr@metriqe.com for further consideration.
