We are Hiring Team Leader for our Calicut Branch (Experienced Female Candidates Only)

Qualification : Any Degree or Diploma
Experience : Minimum 3 year
Working Days : Monday - Saturday
Location : Calicut, Kerala

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Supervise and guide the team in daily tasks to ensure goals and deadlines are met.
• Assign responsibilities, monitor performance, and provide constructive feedback.
• Act as a point of contact between management and team members for smooth communication.
• Motivate and support team members to maintain productivity and a positive work environment.
• Resolve conflicts, address challenges, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Prepare and share reports on team performance, achievements, and issues with higher management.
