Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for handling sales activities, developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing customer service, and conducting training sessions. The role involves active engagement in sales management and continuous communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to conduct Training sessions effectively
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team setting
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the education or upskilling industry is a plus

Compensation

• Ctc 3 to 5 lpa
