We require an experienced and target-oriented Collections Team Leader to manage field recovery executives and ensure achievement of monthly recovery goals. The position involves daily allocation, monitoring agent performance, and reporting to management.Key

Responsibilities:Supervise and motivate a team of 8–15 field agents.Allocate accounts and monitor daily collection progress.Conduct field audits and resolve escalated customer issues.Provide regular training and updates on RBI recovery protocols.Coordinate with banks or NBFC partners on status reports.Qualifications:Graduate preferred (Commerce/Finance background a plus).Minimum 3 years’ experience in loan recovery or field collection.Leadership and communication skills essential.Proficient in Excel and reporting tools.DRA certification preferred.Salary & Benefits:₹20,000–₹25,000 per month + Team Incentives + Travel AllowanceOpportunity for promotion to Regional Manager based on performance
