Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the B2B travel consultants’ team to achieve sales and operational targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, corporates, and B2B partners.
  • Supervise end-to-end booking processes (hotels, packages...etc.).
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in quotations and documentation.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate team members to enhance productivity and service standards.
  • Handle escalations, resolve partner issues, and ensure smooth coordination with suppliers.
  • Analyze sales reports, monitor KPIs, and implement strategies for revenue growth.
  • Stay updated with travel trends and destination knowledge.
  • Coordinate with management to improve processes and develop new business opportunities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
