As a Team Lead in US HR Talent Acquisition Operations at the US HR Shared Services team based in Raheja Mindspace, Hitech City, Hyderabad, your role is crucial in ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. Your primary responsibility will involve coordinating all pre-hire processes and documentation to ensure compliance and successful completion of the hire/transfer process in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct criminal background checks, drug screenings, adjudications, and verify licenses and certifications if applicable. - Ensure completion of employee health screenings, vaccine/accommodation requirements if applicable. - Handle employment correspondence, service requests related to TA operations, email management, and scheduling panel interviews. - Facilitate and ensure data integrity for all hires, transfers, and rehires, manage start date changes, and address in-flight data changes. - Assist with and administer components of process compliance, including license and certification collection and upload. - Process hires promptly to meet compliance and business needs. - Partner and communicate with TA Specialist regarding any issues or delays with the pre-boarding process, confirm day one activities, and undertake any other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required: - 6-12 years of experience in HR, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Customer Service, administrative support, or similar professional experience preferred. - Prior experience with Workday or HireRight preferred. Skills Required: - Excellent attention to detail, organization, and accuracy skills. - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, flexibility to deal with changing schedules and priorities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and/or Teams).
