Team Lead (Telemarketing)

As a Tele-Marketing Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in our sales and marketing efforts. You will be responsible for contacting potential clients, promoting our real estate services, and setting up appointments for our sales team. We are seeking an individual with at least 2-3 years of telemarketing experience, and strong communication skills. You will manage outgoing and incoming calls, provide project information such as Apartments, Land, Villas, Open plots, and Ventures to customers. It will be your responsibility to ask questions to customers to understand their requirements and document all call information, updating the same in Excel. Additionally, you will need to follow up on customer calls when necessary, handle incoming customer inquiry phone calls, and convert them into site visits. Your role will involve calling customers and arranging site visits based on provided leads, with the objective to reach targets and increase site visits. To excel in this role, you should possess good convincing skills, a strong command of the entire pre-sales process, and the ability to provide daily reports to the concerned manager about the status of leads and customer interests. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in Tele Marketing, and experience in the Real Estate Industry would be an added advantage. Any educational qualification is accepted, while proficiency in Hindi, English, and Telugu languages is preferred. A Higher Secondary (12th Pass) education is required for this position.,
