We are looking for a proactive and technically sound Dotnet Full Stack Developer to strengthen our in-house tech capabilities and work on custom-built ERP, CRM, and customer portals tailored for real estate workflows. Key Responsibilities: * Design, develop, and maintain web-based applications for property listings, booking engines, lead management, and agent dashboards. * Work closely with business teams to understand domain-specific requirements in sales, inventory, construction progress, and customer relationship management. * Develop scalable backend logic using ASP.NET Core / ASP.NET MVC / Web API and integrate with frontend frameworks like Angular or React * Build dynamic front-end interfaces that support smooth user interactions for both internal teams and customers. * Create RESTful APIs to facilitate integrations with marketing platforms, payment gateways, and third-party tools. * Ensure data integrity and security of sensitive customer and property data. * Optimize SQL Server queries for performance across high-traffic real estate portals and dashboards. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, CRM, and finance to deliver user-friendly solutions. * Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
