Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Tirur for a Team Lead - Student Counselor. The Team Lead - Student Counselor will be responsible for guiding students through course selections, providing career counseling, and assisting with their educational needs. The role involves day-to-day tasks of managing a team of counselors, ensuring excellent customer service, developing communication strategies, and continuously improving the student counseling process.

Qualifications

• Skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in the field of Education
• Leadership abilities to manage and guide a team
• Proficiency in language to clearly communicate with students and stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
