Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead (Student Counsellors) located in Kozhikode. The Team Lead will oversee and manage a team of student counsellors, provide training and guidance, and ensure the delivery of high-quality consultancy services. Day-to-day tasks include conducting student consultations, advising on course and university selection, assisting with visa procedures, and managing relationships with educational institutions. The Team Lead will also be responsible for developing and implementing counselling strategies to improve team performance and student satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in student counselling and educational consultancy
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in understanding and advising on visa procedures and scholarship opportunities
• Ability to develop and implement counselling strategies
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the field of international education and knowledge of global universities is a plus
