Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Student Counsellor located in Kozhikode. The Senior Student Counsellor will be responsible for providing comprehensive guidance to students seeking to study abroad. Daily tasks include conducting student counseling sessions, assisting with career counseling, and offering advice on educational programs. The role also involves aiding students with application processes, visa procedures, and scholarship opportunities. The position requires strong communication skills and a dedication to high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in the Education sector
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field
• Prior experience in study abroad consultancy is a plus
