Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Student Counsellor (Study Abroad) located in Kozhikode. The Senior Student Counsellor will be responsible for providing guidance to students on studying abroad, conducting career counseling sessions, and assisting students with their university applications and visa procedures. Responsibilities also include offering customer service and answering queries related to education opportunities overseas.

Qualifications

• Experience in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Knowledge of education systems and processes
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in education consultancy is a plus
